About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to support and lead key areas of our HR function. Working closely with senior leadership and managers, you will help develop effective HR strategies, ensure compliance with employment legislation and promote a positive and supportive workplace culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review HR policies, procedures and strategies.
- Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and workforce planning.
- Support staff training, development, wellbeing and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, equality requirements and data protection.
- Maintain accurate HR records, monitor workforce data and report to senior management.
- Support organisational change and advise on HR best practice.
